2821829 Primary Facility 2019-01-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well was plugged. Well is an approximately 5" casing out of the ground with an approximate 2" in diameter x approximately 3' in length piece of pipe out of the center of the approximately 5" casing out of the ground. The approximately 3' x 2" piece of pipe is cemented in place and would not move and appears to be cemented to surface inside of the pipe as well as you can visually see cement to the top of the pipe. No violations were noted at this inspection.
