Wellhead assembly is a approximate 10" casing out of the ground with a threaded approximate 4" casing inside of casing out of the ground with a hammer style fitting attached to the threaded end of casing that is approximately 4"x2"x2".This fitting has a approximate 2" valve on one side that is shut and approximately a 2" production flow line on the other side with a 2" valve that is open going into the ground then a meter and a drip tank system then in a separator tank then into a waste tank then production flow line and into the ground. No violations noted at this inspection.
