The Hector 2 well is a vertical Marcellus well that was drilled in June 2008; it was placed on inactive status on 1/16/14. The well was tagged and an Act 9 sign is present at the access road entrance. The site has been restored and is permanently stabilized as per 25 Pa Code Section 102.22(a). A Well Site Restoration report was acknowledged on 7/7/14. No violations were cited during this inspection. I concluded the inspection at 1340 hrs. TLT |
