2153258 Primary Facility 2013-04-02 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted An inspection of the Hector#2 site in Hector Township, Potter County was conducted on April 2, 2013. At the time of the inspection the site was partially snow covered. No puddles exhibiting elevated conductivity or erosion issues were observed at this time. The site appears as though it may have been restored, but no Well Restoration report has been received by the Department. A copy of the site restoration drawing and a Well Restoration Report is being requested at this time in order to resolve this situation. Prior to approval of a Restoration Report the site must be permanently stabilized and all E&S perimeter BMPs removed. No violations were cited during this inspection.
2284718 Primary Facility 2014-07-08 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The site was determined to meet the requirements of 25 Pa Code §102.22(a)(2) (i) Permanent Stabilization. A minimum uniform 70% perennial vegetative cover, with a density capable of resisting accelerated erosion and sedimentation was observed. The Restoration report has been received by the DEP. No new violations were cited during this inspection.
2601191 Primary Facility 2017-06-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 6/5/17 at 1310 hrs I conducted a routine inspection at the Hector 2 well site. It was overcast and 67 degrees F. No one was present during my inspection.

The Hector 2 well is a vertical Marcellus well that was drilled in June 2008; it was placed on inactive status on 1/16/14. The well was tagged and an Act 9 sign is present at the access road entrance.

The site has been restored and is permanently stabilized as per 25 Pa Code Section 102.22(a). A Well Site Restoration report was acknowledged on 7/7/14.

No violations were cited during this inspection. I concluded the inspection at 1340 hrs. TLT

2696681 Primary Facility 2018-02-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well on Regulatory Inactive Status. Wellhead assembly,all fittings, and vented annulus were tested with a gas meter. Results of this testing was that gas was detected on the vented annulus that is 4 1/2" x 7"" production annulus. No other gas was detected on the wellhead assembly or the well area.
