The Spahr 1A well was drilled by Victory Energy in 2010; the target formation listed on the well plat is the Bradford Group. The well was transferred to Tenaska on 7/25/13. The well and production equipment and tank were enclosed in a fenced area. The well was tagged. According to DEP records, the well is in production. The site is restored and permanently stabilized as per 25 Pa Code Section 102.22(a). A Well Site Restoration Report (WSRR) was not found on file. A WSRR should be submitted as per 25 Pa Code Section 78.65(3), which states, in part: "Within 60 days after the restoration of the well site, the operator shall submit a well site restoration report to the Department." It is encouraged that the WSRR be submitted electronically. I departed the location at 1513 hrs. TLT |
