An inspection of the Allegany 900 pad in Allegany Township, Potter County was conducted on March 26, 2013. At the time of the inspection the pad was mostly snow covered. No puddles exhibiting elevated conductivity or erosion issues were observed at this time. No violations were cited during this inspection.
2452225 Primary Facility 2016-02-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection. Allegany 2HB has been drilled and was tagged. Allegany 1 well was plugged in 2014. Site is permanently stabilized and no temporary E&S controls remain. TLT
2559798 Primary Facility 2017-02-03 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Partial inspection. Site covered in approximately 8-10" of snow. The 2HB well is producing, the Allegany 1 well was plugged in 2014, and the 2H well has not been drilled (permit will expire on 3/10/17). According to the routine E&S inspection log, the site was restored in spring of 2016. Permanent stabilization and post-construction stormwater management BMPs not observed due to snow cover. Containment structures at site were partially or nearly full with either snow or ice. Once the snow/ice melts, fluid should be recovered from the containment structures. No violations cited during the inspection. TLT
