A 5H well is permitted, but not yet drilled and the 2H well has been drilled. The access road is stable and the slopes adjacent to the access road are partially vegetated. The slopes adjacent to the pad are partially vegetated; the site is less than 70% vegetated at this time. E&S controls are installed, functioning and well maintained. No erosion was evident during this inspection. No new violations were cited during this inspection. |
