During inspection, well tag was not present. The well was completed with 13" flange well assembly retrofitted to 4 gate valves and reduced to 2 inch production lines. Pressure readings on the dual pen data logging unit showed 175 psi on outside pressure and 25 psi on inside pressure. Site also contained separator, heating unit, oil tank and dual brine tanks. The valves were located in the on position. No signs of gas/fluid leakage occurring around the well and production equipment. Brine tank was approximately quarter filled. Brine tanks and oil tank show staining on outside of tank. No industrial waste discharge was detected around the tanks. No berm present around the oil |
