2681981 Primary Facility 2018-01-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted One well in production phase. One each sand and water separator. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted.
2799616 Primary Facility 2018-11-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 13:45; weather was ~50°F, calm. It had rained throughout the day causing puddles to form on the pad. The conductivities of multiple puddles were all below 70 µS/cm.

There was 1 properly tagged Marcellus well staged for production. There were 5 well cellars onsite and filled with water; no bubbling was observed. There was 1 GPU, 1 sand separator, and 2 produced water tanks onsite and in secondary containment.

The pad remained at its original size. The site was >70% vegetative cover and appeared stable. Department records show that a new ESCGP was issued on 5/5/17.
