Permanent vegetation has been established over most of the site, though extremely rocky areas are not vegetated. Post-construction stormwater management (PCSM) BMPs have been installed; filter sock and temporary stabilization were in place in the PCSM areas. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed.

A request for an extension of time for site restoration was filed with the Department on May 17, 2016. To date, this extension has not been approved.

No violations were cited during this inspection.

There were no personnel on site at the time of my inspection. Yengo 2H, frozen cellar Top gauge: 821 psi, Yengo E Sul 1H, water in cellar Top gauge: 867 psi. There were no violations observed at the time of my inspection.
