Vegetative cover on site is generally greater than 70%, though some patches with less coverage were present. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed.

On February 24, 2016, the Department approved Chesapeake's request for a 2-year extension of time to restore the well site. As a condition of this approval, post construction stormater management BMPs must be constructed and operation by May 24, 2016.

No violations were cited during this inspection.

2503322 Primary Facility 2016-07-21 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Partial inspection to determine the status of installation of post-construction stormwater management (PCSM) BMPs. No Chesapeake representatives were present.

The PCSM BMPs have been installed as approved by the Department in February 2016 through the granting of a 2-year extension of time for site restoration. Erosion and sediment control BMPs and temporary stabilization have been installed, and no evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed.
