1822451 | Primary Facility | 2009-08-20 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection I met with Company Man Dorsey Rogers. Mr. Rogers indicated that driling depth was at 9994'. TD is anticipated to be 10,313'. Once TD is achieved, 5-1/2" 20lb production casing will be installed and cemented to surface. Haliburton is the cement contractor. Mr. Rogers also indicated they installed a collection ditch around the base of the well pad to collect any seepage from the pad itself. The ditch collects and diverts water toward a collection sump installed on the southeast corner of the pad which is pumped out back to the reserve pit. At time of inspection, hay was being spread on banks of ditch for stabilization. No violations were observed on site at time of this inspection. |
