1817550 Primary Facility 2009-07-31 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted An existing road was used to access the well site. The Site ID sign and E/S Plan were present at the entrance of the access road. The rig on site is Nomac 246. Drilling depth was at the time of inspection was 10,458' in the Marcellus formation. TD for this well is proposed to be approximately 12,100'. At the time of inspection, the contractor was tripping drill pipe out of the hole in order to change out the drill motor and bit. The reserve pit had approximately 4¿ of freeboard, and the pit liner appeared to be in good condition. All E/S controls were in place and were working properly. The drillers logbook was on site and up to date.
1819298 Primary Facility 2009-08-07 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the contractor was in the process of cleaning out of the hole. The Company Man indicated they were going to run an approximate 4-hour sweep of the hole at this depth, and run another sweep near 7500'. Once the hole is cleaned out, 5-1/2 production casing will be installed to TD and cemented to surface. The reserve pit had approximately 4¿ of freeboard, and the pit liner appeared to be in good condition. All E/S controls were in place and were working properly.
