Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1939071 Primary Facility 2010-12-14 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Currently setting up rig.
2010781 Primary Facility 2011-10-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2176320 Primary Facility 2013-06-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection conducted of the Chesapeake Decker Farms Pad on 6/12/13. The 1H thru 6H wells have been drilled and are in production. The 10H has not been drilled yet. No issues identified. Site is temporarily stabilized with >70% vegetative cover established.
2360333 Primary Facility 2015-04-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2462870 Primary Facility 2016-03-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 12:40 p.m., the cellar was full of water with no bubbling noticed, the (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open with 2psi on it and the valve going to the tank was closed. There was 127psi on the production casing and 931psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 13:35 p.m.

2692313 Primary Facility 2018-01-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the Decker well pad on January 31, 2017. The access road and pad surface were solid and stable as was the fill slope. The fill slope and area all around the well pad were solid and stable. The wells were all properly labeled and the area around the pad was engaged in active agriculture (hayfield).

The active wells on this site are as follows: 115-20445 115-20448 115-20449 115-20450 115-20451 115-20452

There were no observed violations.
