Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2000377 Primary Facility 2011-09-01 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Patterson 261. 200 - 300' above KOP. 20" set at 80'. 13 3/8" set at 795'. 9 5/8" set at 1958'. On 13 3/8" cement job, report states that pump truck ran out of fule 87 bbls into displacement. 23 bbls were not pumped, but did have enough excess to get 16 bbls returns to surface. A cement plug was also set at 1019 - 1479' due to hole deviating to close to adjacent well. Drillers log on site and up to date. Water reported at 42'. Higest peak of gas reported 98u at 3700'. Current drilling depth 5658'.
2100315 Primary Facility 2012-07-02 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted
2125179 Primary Facility 2012-10-25 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted
2360391 Primary Facility 2015-04-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2445768 Primary Facility 2016-02-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 11:15 a.m., the cellar was full of water and ice with no bubbling noticed, the (13x9) vent pipe was open and venting to a tank, the (9x5) vent pipe was open with 0psi on it and the valve going to the tank was closed. There was 63psi on the production casing and 939psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 12:00 p.m.

2737312 Primary Facility 2018-05-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I performed a RTNC inspection of the Juser well site. The wells associated with this site are the 115-20507, 115-20509, 115-20510, 115-20511, 115-20520, 115-20521. The wells were properly labeled.

The long, winding access road and pad surface were solid and stable despite overnight rainfall.

There was some slight corrosion on the production tanks but there did not appear to be any serious rust or perforation.

The cut slope was rocky and vegetated where possible and there did not appear to be any areas of instability.

There was good vegetation on most of the fill slope and anywhere not well vegetated was quite rocky. The fill slope was stable as well.

There did not appear to be any areas of instability on site.

There were no violations observed.
