2664377 | Primary Facility | 2017-11-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrived at the site at 12:33. I was accompanied by Matt Shope, PADEP O&G WQS during the inspection. Rain had recently ended. It was breezy with temperatures near 40 degrees. There was an employee at the site in the process of moving equipment near rig mats in the corner of the pad relatively close to the pad entrance road. CHK submitted stimulation notifications to the Department on 9/5/17. The notice ndicated that they would be moving to the Rylee pad in an estimated time frame between 12:00 PM on 9/3/17 and 5:00 PM on 9/4/17 to conduct hydraulic fracturing (stimulation) operations on the Rylee Sus 2H and Rylee Sus 5H wells. We had suspected that frac operations on the pad were completed some time in the recent past and hydraulic fracturing plugs had been drilled out on the wells just stimulated, but these wells have not been flowed back since no wells at the site are in production. There are (2) production fluid storage tanks in a containment structure in the corner of the pad near the cut slope. There a |
2712639 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-30 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I inspected the Rylee and Kipar well pad on March 30, 2018. A RTNC inspection was performed. The access road was somewhat muddy due to an ongoing timber harvest and recent heavy rains, although all was still solid enough that no mud was being tracked off site. The cut and fill slopes of the Rylee pad were well vegetated and stable and the pad surface was muddy. The cut and fill slopes of the Kipar were stable and well vegetated and the pad was muddy as well. There were no erosional issues noted.
The wells associated with this site are as follows: 115-20424 115-20426 115-21851 115-21852 115-21853 115-21854 115-20592 115-20593 115-21702 115-21703 There were no violations observed. |
