2559634 Primary Facility 2017-02-07 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted On February 7th at 11:30 am I conducted an inspection of the now plugged Carrar 5H (115-20625) conductor on SWNs Carrar pad in Liberty Twp. Susquehanna. At the time of inspection; the 5H was cut and capped with a below ground marker down in the cellar. Cement was poured and the conductor was capped yesterday. There was muddy water in the cellar with no bubbling. No concerns noted

At the time of my inspection, I noted that the E&S Inspection Checklist Site Inspection Log indicated that the most recent inspection occurred on 4/11/17 and no attention was needed.
2662444 Primary Facility 2017-11-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the Carrar Well Pad on 11/17/2017. The access road was firm and solid, and still had the wash rack in place. The cut slope was small and well vegetated and the fill slope was well vegetated also. Both appeared stable. The pad surface was somewhat soft but no mud appeared to be tracked off site. There did not appear to be any erosional issues at the time of inspection.
