The vegetation was established and growing and there were still truck rumble strips at the entrance.

There were no erosional issues with the site, all slopes were stable and there were no failures of BMPs to note.

2509070 Primary Facility 2016-08-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 13:30p.m., the cellar was full of gravel and no gas was detected. The vent pipe was open and set up with a Tayler plug to check for pressure, there was 177psi on the production casing and 143psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 14:05p.m.

2602038 Primary Facility 2017-06-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 12:35p.m.

The cellar was full of gravel and water setting on top with no bubbling noticed. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge. There was 170psi on the production casing and 121psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 13:10p.m.

The well was in production. The cellar was full of gravel with snow on top, the snow insulated the gravel so it wasn't frozen and there was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.
