2284499 Primary Facility 2013-10-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspected the RU 53 Seamans pad during an ATV inspection of the associated pipeline activity. ID sign was in place and a copy of the ESCGP was on site. No E&S issues were noted during inspection. No evidence of a spill or release was observed. Growth on the revegetated areas is good. There are 5 wells on the pad in various states. The Seamans 3H was recently fractured. The other 4 wells have been drilled but have yet to be stimulated. Contact Mike O'Donnell with questions about this report at 570.346.5536.

2546419 Primary Facility 2016-12-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 12:20p.m., the cellar was full of gravel and there was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar. The vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure and the valve going to the vent tank was closed. There was 670psi on the production casing and 526psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed.

I left the site at 13:10p.m.

2636029 Primary Facility 2017-09-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

The well was in production. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed.

2684083 Primary Facility 2018-01-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

The well was in production. The cellar was full of gravel and there was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar. I met with Brandon Bickler of SWN. Brandon used a Crystal pressure gauge to check the pressure on the (9x5) annulus. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.

2782421 Primary Facility 2018-10-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection.
