2342848 | Primary Facility | 2015-01-14 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Orion Drilling Rig #16 is the active drilling rig on the location currently drilling the lateral (horizontal) section of the G Lerner 5 H well at a depth of (12,187.89) feet with synthetic based drilling mud. I observed what appears to be a relatively small amount of oil based mud spilled to containment along with drill cuttings overflowing a container storing the cuttings onto containment in the backyard. Mr. Hornsby stated that a truck is on way to remove drill cuttings in the containers and on containment. I also observed a relatively small area of dark staining on the pad surface next to a frac tank near the diesel fuel tank. |
