The dike appears to be in good shape housing a separator, and a 50 bbl. poly tank. As previous mentioned there are numerous pieces of pit liner visible on the surface. It appears this is a result of a logging operation on an adjoining property and utilizing this area as a log landing. Because of this the integrity of the pit liner has been compromised. Steps should be taken to correct this issue.

The top cap of the pit was able to be located and the perimeter completely defined. There was no visible pit material present. It appears only the top cap was affected and the pit liner itself was not impacted. The top cap is going to be replaced to prevent precipitation from infiltrating into the pit.

2626565 Primary Facility 2017-08-17 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted Onsite for a compliance evaluation. On July 10, 2017 the operator excavated the area of the pit. They were able to uncover the top cap and determine it was the only part of the pit that had been affected. The entire top cap was uncovered. There were no visible drill cuttings once the area was completely excavated. A new top cap was placed over the pit and overlapped the edges. Soil was placed over the pit, seeded, and mulched.

The site has vegetation established to prevent erosion.

The violations are corrected.
