2842997 | Primary Facility | 2019-02-20 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | This well is positioned in a field, just off of Catlin Hill Rd., in Sugar Grove Township, Warren County, PA.
This is an open flow gas well. A medium sized poly tank and a separator are positioned directly beside the well head. The poly tank does not appear to be plumbed to the separator. A sign with the previous operators name, but the correct API ID number, is posted on the flow chart box, near the well head. All direct gas flow valves from the production string, through the chart box appear to be open. All fluid conducting valves from the separator appear to be closed. The area around the well appears stable with vegetation. The accessing route does not appear to have much in the way of a road base, and would not support regular truck traffic. |
