2491519 | Primary Facility | 2016-06-02 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Adverse Event or Action Reported | Well situated in hayfield, surrounded by brush, about 50 feet from road. Wellhead is intact & plumbed to drip. Area immediately around wellhead is washed-out w/ 15" conductor pipe rotted away at ground level. Appears to have badly rusted 11" casing, fairly good condition but rusted 10" casing, both open ended. The 6 5/8" casing is swaged to 3", then swaged to 2" tubing. The well did not appear to have any leaks at time of inspection. |
