2657188 Primary Facility 2017-09-21 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted The complainant had fuel oil in the spring house and claimed that the well site (Charles H Trussell #3) on top of the hill caused the contamination. The well was plugged in 2015 and the site was restored.

Emergency Response was called due to the potential release of a contaminate into a wetland/ stream. Tom Buchan from the DEP responded and emergency response hired a contractor to pump the spring house out. Tom Buchan said that the fuel oil was there for a while and more than likely came from the oil tanks that were 50 ' away from the springhouse.
