The site is greening up, the E&S plan is on-site but does need updating. The well is within 10 feet of the coordinates Rice gave. Some of the sediment controls need maintenance and the sediment trap is still unresolved.
1992746 Primary Facility 2011-07-29 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted The E&S controls are, in all, very good. Most of the slopes have 90% vegetative cover and the fences and socks are in decent repair. Rice enlarged the sediment trap and cut a new access road to it to maintain the trap. The road runs along the south side of the pad and will do double duty as a stormwater channel. Much of this work has only been done in the last couple of weeks and the newly cut slopes are not yet vegetated. Additionally, Rice added rock to the sediment traps spillway. Although the newly expanded trap and access road are still bare, they should green-up shortly.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained, no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.
