The site is located in East Finley Twp., Washington Co. The inspection was related to request by the operator for a restoration extension for the site and a reported release of flow back water to the well pad.
The operator reported an approx. 10 gallon flow back water release to the well pad on 8/28/17. The operator has excavated and disposed of the impacted stone on the well pad related to the release. The well pad and access road are in good condition. The operator is in the process of completing flow back operations on the site moving towards restoration of the site. The secondary containment on the well pad is in good condition. The operator will need to place the GPUs on site into secondary containment. The well pad and site are vegetated and in good condition.
