A basket was set at 264 ft. The 9 5/8” casing was set at 15557 ft. on 1/31/17 and cemented to surface with 40 bbls returned. A Casing Annulus Packer was set in the 9 5/8” casing string from 1097 ft. to 1107 ft. Currently at 2966 ft. and drilling ahead.

Attempts to fish out complete drill string were unsuccessful. Stopped fishing on 8/16/17. There is 311 ft. of the drill string left in wellbore including rotary steerable tool, MWD tool with gamma reader and 2 stands of drill pipe. Started sidetrack at 12,419 ft. MD on 8/17/17. Currently at 12,435 ft. and drilling ahead.

>>On 4/13/18 EQT's Mike Cromley reported a ten gallon spill with cleanup beginning immediately as a vacc truck was present on site at the time of the spill.

>>Further communication with operator personnel indicated a spill of 10 gallons of produced water near the offloading point near the production tanks and that the spill cleanup was completed the same day.

>>Site inspection found no visible evidence of contamination, cleanup appears to have been fully completed in compliance with policy.
