The site is located in East Finley Twp., Washington Co. The inspection was a routine inspection before resumption of drilling activity on the site.
The site was covered with snow at time of inspection. The access road and well pad are in good condition. The operator has begun filing the freshwater impoundment on site. PCSM structures have not been installed, and all E&S BMPs have been installed and are functional. The operator has permitted 12 wells on site and has drilled the vertical section for five of these wells. The operator plans to revisit the site spud the remaining seven permitted wells for the site and complete drilling operations to TD for all 12 permitted wells for the site. 5 Spud wells with vertical section of well drilled.
