The wells will then be allowed to stabilize.. The water sampling of the wells will be conducted after the wells are blown down.

At time of inspection, area of former impoundment appears to have been recently re-graded to what appears to have been pre-existing contours, not yet temporarily stabilized.

Department recommends the Operator temporarily stabilize the area of the former impoundment where a cessation of earth disturbance activities will exceed 4 days in order to prevent any potential pollution events from occurring and to promote vegetative growth for final permanent stabilization.
