1841895 Primary Facility 2009-10-30 Drilling/Alteration Violation(s) Noted On October 30, 2009, I conducted a routine inspection of your Proctor & Gamble Mehoopany PLT #1V well operating on the property of Proctor & Gamble located in Washington Township, Wyoming County (¿Site¿). At the time of inspection, I observed several different spills at the Site. The spills observed include the following:
1841901 Primary Facility 2009-11-04 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted A follow up inspection of the Site was completed on November 4, 2009. At the time of the inspection, the Operator had cleaned up the areas where diesel and antifreeze had been spilled onto the location. The compressor units were lifted and were placed on plastic. Additional secondary containment was added to other equipment on the Site to prevent future spills. The diesel fuel observed in the collection sump was soaked up with absorbent pads which were disposed of. The oil soaked rags were removed and disposed of. The empty 55 gallon drums were relocated to a plastic-lined staging area at the rear of the well pad.
