The weather conditions are partly cloudy skies and breezy, with temperatures in the mid to upper 40's. The site is quite muddy due to recent snowmelt and precipitation events. Patterson UTI Drilling Rig # 334 is at the location. CHK submitted a Drilling Resumption After Break of 30 or more notification to the Department on 1/25/19. The notice indicated that CHK would commence drilling of the Slumber Valley 3H well on 1/26/19 at 5 AM. I met with Will Doby, site company man, and consultant of CHK. Mr. Doby provided a description of site operations. He stated the following. "The 3H well is done. Cementing of the production casing was completed at 9AM today, 2/8/18. The cement head is rotated. A total of (130) barrels of cement have returned to the surface. The well was drilled to a total depth of (14,571) feet. We are cleaning out the mud pits now. The fluid in the mud pits will be sent to the CHK Sharer site. It is a 50/50 mix of oil and water based drilling mud in
