Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2032105 Primary Facility 2012-01-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2043450 Primary Facility 2012-02-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2126269 Primary Facility 2012-12-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted During the inspection, I observed compromised liner integrity in several areas in the secondary containment liner were the frac tanks were stored. I used an an Extech, ExStik (2) pH, Conductivity, Salinty and TDS meter to field screen areas of ponded water on the secondary containment liner. I recorded a conductivity reading of (2.46) milliSiemens/cm on the front side of the frac tanks relatively close to the corner of the Well Pad. This location would be the opposite side of the access road and corner of the Well Pad were the sediment traps are located below the fill slope. I did not record any elevated conductivity readings in any other areas of ponded water on the secondary containment liner. Majority of the readings indicated less than (500) microSiemens/cm. I also observed a petroleum like sheen relatively close to the area where I recorded the elevated conductivity reading mentioned above. I departed from the site at 11:45.
