2697709 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Arrived on location at 10:00. Weather: Raining, cold ~32 degs. (5) wells have been drilled on this pad. The Shamrock Wyo 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H & Dunny Wyo 4H. All (5) wells were producing at time of inspection.
- Inspection of wells showed: All wells production pressures were being monitored by SCADA press. monitor units at production tree top and on production lines. All wells (13x9) and (9x5) annuli have been plumbed to surface and were tied into a common 2" vent line to production tanks. The (13x9) vents were open and venting w/ inline SCADA press. monitors. *The (9x5) vents were shut in to SCADA press. monitors. All wells (5/P) or prod. csg annuli were shut in to SCADA press. monitors. No access was present to perform gas checks at annuli at time of inspection. (See individual well inspections for pressures and further well info.) - The Shamrock Wyo 4H wells Prod. Tree top press. = 1218 psi., Production line press. = 1179 psi. Overall, wells and location were found in good condition, no obvious concerns were |
2802146 | Primary Facility | 2018-10-15 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrived at 1453 to conduct a site restoration inspection on behalf of the Department.
After performing an administrative review and site inspection, I do not agree that site conditions meet the requirements for the termination of this permit. Specifically, a timber stockpile remains on site, which is considered waste that was generated on site. Operator, please remove this timber stockpile before resubmitting this NOT. I concluded the inspection and left the site at 1526. |
