The application was accepted by the Department on 2/15/17. The previously accepted OG-71 Form A for processing of drill cuttings is associated with SWN's Lepley Pad in Liberty Twp, Tioga County. The main intent of the drill cuttings processing is to separate solid and liquid material in the cuttings. The application states the following information in reference to the processing of drill cuttings. “Synthetic and/or Diesel” Oil Based Mud Drilling:- Drill Rigs SDC 44, and SDC 45 (Processing Equipment provided by Specialty Oilfield Solutions (SOS). Cuttings are moved from the flowline to the primary shakers where they will be separated from the drilling fluid. (Appendix G, Fig. A-4) .
