The application was accepted by the Department on 2/15/17. The previously accepted OG-71 Form A for processing of drill cuttings is associated with SWN's Lepley Pad in Liberty Twp, Tioga County. The main intent of the drill cuttings processing is to separate solid and liquid material in the cuttings.
