practices for residual waste processing (OG-71) Form B was approved by the Department on 10-6-17. The previous authorization number for the previously approved alternative waste management practice is 1195120, which is in reference to residual waste processing on SWNPC's TI-09 Brown Pad in Tioga County, PA. There are (6) new Safety Data Sheets included in the application as SWNPC indicated in the OG-71 Form B application they would be changing vendors, but the process description and types of chemicals to be used would remain the same as what was used on the Brown Pad.
