The previous authorization number for the previously approved alternative waste management practice is 1195120, which is in reference to residual waste processing on SWNPC's TI-09 Brown Pad in Tioga County, PA. There are (6) new Safety Data Sheets included in the application as SWNPC indicated in the OG-71 Form B application they would be changing vendors, but the process description and types of chemicals to be used would remain the same as what was used on the Brown Pad. The Form A application states that the drill cuttings processing consists of centrifuges used to separate solid and liquid material (drilling fluid) in the cuttings during air and diesel oil based mud drilling.
